这几天的开场白都讲到日圆和美元汇率，因为由这两个汇率多少都可以看到股市应该是如何发展。今早日圆再次创新高，已经升穿90.5，日圆大起大大削弱了其出口的能力，进而影响大企业盈利，搞到日股开市不到2个小时就跌了184点，马股也在开始从升4点到倒跌1点，这种不稳定的情形看来还会再继续一段时间，只要日圆不停走强。

1. Avoid stock tips – focus on the price movements of industry leading stocks.
2. Don’t call a market a “Bull” or a “Bear” – it can switch, just ride the trend.
3. Cut loss short – “All I ever want to lose in any one stock is 10%”.
4. Keep the wind out of your face. （不要逆势而行）
5. Never sell because of a great rise in price, it can always go higher.
6. At the end of trading cycle, go to all cash and wait for the next trend.
7. If the market trend is lower, sell short.
